The National Department of Health, will on 02 November 2023, hold a Webinar, to launch the Adult Primary Care (APC) clinical tool, developed using approved clinical policies and guidelines. It is intended for use as a clinical decision-making tool by all health care professionals. It is being implemented as part of the Integrated Clinical Services Management (ICSM), a key focus within the Ideal Clinic Realisation and Maintenance (ICRM) initiative, to improve the quality of care delivered.
